PAYMENT METHODS
Klarna Checkout Payment Service (Consumers only)
Via Klarna Checkout, you can pay using the following methods:
Online Banking Payments
Online banking payments are processed by Klarna in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. For the user, the service works like traditional online banking payments.
Credit Card Payments
Payments by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express cards are processed by Klarna in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Klarna appears as the recipient on the card statement and transfers the payment to the merchant.
Klarna Invoice
When paying with a Klarna invoice, the invoicing rights are transferred from the online store to Klarna. You will receive the invoice by email after your order has been shipped. You have 14 days of interest-free payment time. An invoice fee of €2.95 applies.

Klarna Account – Installment Payments
When paying with Klarna Account installments, invoicing rights are transferred to Klarna. You can choose how quickly you wish to repay your purchase, starting from 1/24 of the remaining balance, with a minimum payment of €5.00 per month. You receive your products before paying and may repay the remaining balance in full at any time.

Traditional Invoice (Business Customers)
We issue a traditional paper or e-invoice after the order has been delivered. Payment term is 14 days net. This option is available only to known companies and requires signing an electronic agreement. Delivery within Finland is included in the prices shown, and all prices include VAT 24%.
Delivery Time
Our products are manufactured in the order in which orders are received.
Delivery times vary by product and range from approximately 1–3 weeks to 8–10 weeks. The estimated delivery time for each product can be found on the product page.
If you wish for delivery to take place at a later date or at a specific time, you may mention this in the “Additional information” field on the checkout page. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new Pihapelikenttä products.
If you are not satisfied or discover a defect, please contact us. The standard 14-day return and exchange right for online purchases does not apply to Pihapelikenttä products, as they are custom-made according to customer specifications.
If a product is defective, we will primarily attempt to repair or replace it before issuing any financial compensation.
